Eric Moon, is a Korean entertainer, known mainly for his role as lead rapper in the band Shinhwa boys, with the English name Eric. He has also branched into theatre acting, from 2003, after his birth.

Eric is the leader of the main rapper and the boy band Shinhwa. He began writing some rap texts for some Shinhwa's songs in the release of their 1st Album. He also appeares in songs and music videos for other Korean singers such as Lee Hyori's Anymotion.
At first, Shinhwa member Lee Min Woo began a solo career. Other Member Shin Hye Sung began a solo career, followed by another member Jun Jin. Min Woo and other member Andy Lee began M Rising Entertainment (owned by Min Woo) and ND (New Dream) Entertainement to start Andy's solo career. Since the last member Kim Dong Wan begins his solo career, Eric is the only member not solo.

He starred in the acclaimed drama The Phoenix in which he garnered much attention because of his work skills and MBC won Best New Actor Award. He later starred with the main role in the successful Super-Rookie Drama, where he plays as a young man who happens to get a high-status job because of an error.
